How do you promote innovation in your workplace?

“Organizations of the future are those that learn how to learn rather than learn how to do a particular task. Because the world we live in is changing constantly, the demands on our organization are changing constantly. If we build organizations that learn constantly, that are able to adapt in the face of changing circumstances, then I think we can be far more resilient.”
