The Telework Enhancement Act of 2010
OPM telework solutions help agencies comply with the Telework Enhancement Act of 2010 by providing a range of services to fulfill all aspects of the federal telework mandates and regulations. All agencies are required to develop a telework program according to Public Law 106-346. The Telework Enhancement Act of 2010 provides a framework for agencies to better leverage technology and to maximize the use of flexible work arrangements. The three key objectives of the Act include: (1) Improve Continuity of Operations (COOP), (2) Promote Management Effectiveness, and (3) Enhance Work-Life Balance.
