THE NEW TABLE 566H IS EFFECTIVE THE FIRST DAY OF THE FIRST PAY PERIOD BEGINNING ON OR AFTER 10/01/2010. EMPLOYEES MUST PERFORM NON-RADAR APPROACH CONTROL DUTIES. INCORPORATING THE 1.5 PERCENT JANUARY 2010 GENERAL SCHEDULE INCREASE. THIS SCHEDULE IS LIMITED TO GS-2152 AND THEIR SUPERVISORS WHO PERFORM SEPARATION AND CONTROL OF AIR TRAFFIC OR AIR SPACE FUNCTIONS PLUS HEADQUARTERS STAFF ATC POSITIONS. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN SPECIAL RATES IN NONFOREIGN AREAS AS REQUIRED UNDER SECTION 1911 OF P.L. 111-84, THE ABOVE PAY RATES INCLUDE A SUPPLEMENT OF 4.72 PERCENT OF THE BASE GENERAL SCHEDULE (SEE HTTP://WWW.OPM.GOV/OCA/10TABLES/HTML/GS.ASP), ONE THIRD OF THE 14.16 PERCENT LOCALITY PAY PERCENTAGE AUTHORIZED FOR THE REST OF U.S. LOCALITY PAY AREA IN 2010. THESE SUPPLEMENTS ARE ADDED AFTER ALL OTHER CALCULATIONS ARE DONE, INCLUDING THE APPLICATION OF THE STATUTORY PAY CAP UNDER 5 U.S.C. 5305(A)(1).
