Advisory; Press Call with OPM Director Archuleta: Report on Millennials in the Federal Government
Washington, D.C. - Each year, Federal leadership and management use the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) results as a management tool to drive change and increase engagement, productivity and development of the Federal workforce. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is taking a deeper look into the FEVS and, for the first time, issuing a series of reports that will allow management and the public a closer look at the insights and experience of Federal employees. Tomorrow, October 8, 2014, OPM Director Katherine Archuleta and program experts will be releasing a first ever report on millennials in the Federal workforce and insights provided to us from this group through the FEVS, this report will be the first in a series of reports issued this fall.
