Services Online is our online tool for annuitants (federal retirees, their survivors, or their spouses, ex-spouses, and children). You will need your CSA or CSF number and the one-time passcode you receive when you retired or one that you requested from the call center or using our online passcode request page. If this is your first time using Services Online, you will need to create a login.gov account that you will link to and use as your Services Online account credentials going forward.
Using Services Online, you can:
- Get your monthly annuity payment statement
- Get your annual summary of payment
- Verify life insurance enrollment (FEGLI)
- Get your 1099-R tax form
- Change your federal and state income tax withholdings
- View or print your retirement card
- Check your interim retirement pay status
- Start or change direct deposit
- Start or change a checking or savings account allotment
- Start or change allotment to an organization
- Request copies of your annuity booklets and review digital copies
- Review overpayments
- Update your profile and contact information
- Change your mailing address
