Structured Interviews
Questions and answers
In general, most structured interview panels range from two (2) to four (4) panel members. The size of the interview panel can depend on many things, including interviewer availability and the number of interviews that need to be conducted.
It is highly recommended that the same number of interviewers attend each interview. However, if it is not possible to continually have the same number of interviewers, consider dropping the number of interviewers on the panel from, for example, three to two.
