Annual Employee Survey

The Annual Employee Survey (AES) is required of all executive agencies by section 1128 of the National Defense Authorization Act (Pub. L. 108-136, 5 U.S.C. 7101 note).  The AES has specific items that must be asked of each executive agency, annually.  OPM asks the required AES items each year as part of the OPM FEVS.  The regulations supporting this statute may be found in CFR Part 250.
