Jane Lee

Jane Lee is a Senior Advisor to the Director at the Office of Personnel Management under the Biden-Harris Administration. In this capacity, she advises the OPM Director on various programmatic policies and processes, ranging from COVID-19 workplace safety policies to supporting the agency's annual budget formulation process.

Jane most recently served on the Biden-Harris transition team and was the Chief Operating Officer at 1560 LLC. Lee previously served in the Obama-Biden administration as OPM’s Deputy Chief Operating Officer, supporting the agency's performance, financial, and human capital management. She also worked as a Strategy and Communications Lead at Facebook, Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, Operations and Finance Budget Manager at Obama for America, and an Associate at an education-focused non-profit organization. Jane’s public sector experience also includes working for city, county, and state-level government organizations.

Jane is a proud double Wildcat and earned her bachelor's degree as well as her master's degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University. Additionally, she holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with the Northwestern University Alumni Association and exploring various Pacific Northwest trails with her husband and rescue dog.
