Ella Holman

Ella Holman is the Deputy Director of the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council where she serves as a key advisor to the CHCO Council Executive Director on the Council’s strategy, activities, and operations.

Prior to joining OPM, she was the Human Resource Strategist at the U.S. House of Representatives in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer. Ella also served as a Manager for Federal Workforce Programs at the Partnership for Public Service and, prior to that, was an HR Specialist at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

Ella received her B.A. from American University.
