Dianna M. Saxman
Associate Director, Human Resources Solutions
Dianna Saxman currently serves as the Associate Director for Human Resources Solutions at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). In this position, Ms. Saxman leads the development, implementation, and delivery of revolving fund human capital products, services, and training used by agencies government wide. Ms. Saxman oversees four practice areas: HR Strategy and Evaluation Solutions, the Federal Staffing Center, the Center for Leadership Development, and Human Capital Industry Solutions.
Ms. Saxman has over 20 years’ experience providing federal agencies with innovative human capital solutions. Previously, Ms. Saxman served as the Deputy Associate Director for the Human Resources Solutions, Federal Staffing Center, where she provided overall leadership and direction for talent acquisition teams and technology, including USAJOBS®, USA Staffing®, USA HireSM, and staffing and analytics programs, collectively responsible for supporting the federal government’s hiring requirements. In addition, Ms. Saxman directly managed the USA Staffing® and Staff Acquisition programs and served as a Personnel Research Psychologist at OPM. Ms. Saxman began her federal service as a Presidential Management Intern with the Department of Justice.
Ms. Saxman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from East Stroudsburg University and a Master of Law and Social Policy and a Master of Social Science from Bryn Mawr College. Her awards include the 2021 Presidential Rank Award.
