Dan Lindner

Dan Lindner is Chief Speechwriter and Senior Advisor for Communications at the Office of Personnel Management. He is responsible for drafting remarks, talking points, and video scripts for OPM Director Kiran Ahuja, as well as any other written products in her voice, including blogs, op-eds, quotes, letters, and e-newsletter messages. Dan provides Director Ahuja and senior leadership with strategic messaging advice, as well as message coaching through media training, script delivery practice, and interview prep. Dan brings over a decade of political communications experience to his role, including running communications for three Congressional offices, two prominent Congressional caucuses, and a statewide nonprofit organization in Oregon. Dan has an M.A. in Political Science from American University and a B.A. in Political Science from San Diego State University. In his off time, he enjoys hiking and landscape photography. Dan lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC with his wife, Nicole, and their two cats.
