Innovation. OPM believes in employing innovative solutions to address Government-wide human capital management challenges and build the workforce of the future.
Service. OPM believes in fulfilling its mission by delivering outstanding customer experiences to Federal agencies, the Federal workforce, retirees, and job seekers.
Excellence. OPM believes in achieving results using approaches that are data driven, grounded in evidence informed policies and practices, and responsive to stakeholder needs.
