American University Key Executive Leadership Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Washington College of Law
Benefit: 25% tuition reduction and no application fee for federal employees for the Key MPA. For our 8-course 32-day SES CDP Certificate program, agencies sponsoring one or more students receive tuition discounts through the Federal Supply Schedules: contract number GS-02F-0012X. Washington College of Law (“WCL”) offers a special scholarship for federal employees towards the online Master of Legal Studies degree (“MLS”). The MLS is designed for people who need to learn about certain areas of the law but are not interested in becoming lawyers. The program is fully online, and most students complete the program in 15 months.

Benefit: Marist College offers a 50% discount on tuition for the Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree for all Federal Employees. Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business

Western Governors University
Benefit: WGU’s tuition averages about $4,000 per 6-month term for most programs. In lieu of a discount, students are charged at a flat rate, which means students may complete as many courses as they are able in any term at no additional cost. Terms at WGU are six months long, and students may begin on the first day of any month. Many students are able to accelerate their progress because courses have no set time requirements. This allows them to save time as well as tuition expense. Application fee will be waived.
Who is eligible: Federal Government employees and their spouses and dependents who apply, are admitted, and enroll in WGU under this Agreement are the Program Participants. Each Program Participant shall be responsible for working with their WGU Program Mentor to plan and complete the sequence of required courses in the program of study covered by this Agreement.
