OPM's training and development team has recently spearheaded the development of a fantastic new interactive online course designed to allow participants the ability to practice an actual conversation with an employee virtually. It is cutting edge technology that would benefit any supervisor manager in building or developing the necessary communication sklls for that "Difficult Conversation".
