Senior Biden-Harris Administration official, OPM Acting Director Rob Shriver today kicked off a college federal recruitment tour at Michigan State University (MSU). Shriver visited MSU’s James Madison College, where he met with students from a variety of disciplines to discuss opportunities in the federal government for college students and recent graduates.

OPM today issued a proposed rule to increase parity between the Federal Wage System, the federal pay schedule for blue-collar workers, and the General Schedule system, the government’s largest pay scale.

OPM authorized the use of an emergency leave transfer program for federal employees and their families adversely impacted by Tropical Cyclone, Tropical Storm, and Hurricane Helene.

The Biden-Harris Administration remained staunch in its efforts to expand access to reproductive health care. This commitment includes expanded access to fertility benefits through the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program.
