Employees:You may be able to get a paper copy from your servicing Human Resources Office. However, agencies do not always stock this pamphlet. You may need to read the electronic copy.Annuitants:

Once a year, OPM sends out a Benefits Administration Letter offering agencies the opportunity to "ride" OPM's requisition for RI forms and publications. This is a time-limited offer.
