You must use BENEFEDS to enroll or change enrollment in a FEDVIP plan. BENEFEDS is a secure enrollment website sponsored by OPM. If you do not have access to a computer, call to enroll or change your enrollment.

Open Season

• 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
• Closed on weekends and Thanksgiving day.
• 8:00 a.m. to Midnight, Eastern Time, last day of Open Season, Monday, December 13.

• 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
